Attn: Christians, Catholics, & Hemophiliacs: Do you believe the Stigmata is real?

For those not in tune, Stigmata is the gift from God whereby you bleed from the same wounds He received during the Crucifixion. St. Francis of Assisi and St. Padre Pio received this blessing. Only very holy men and women are allowed to share the Lord's Passion. But, do you believe that it is real or self-inflicted? St. Francis was passionate about his faith and so was Padre Pio, but would they actually go to the extent of piercing their own skin? This would be sick. Maybe one day, I'll be blessed with bleeding from the 5 Holy Wounds!! What do YOU think?
