If Gravity is just a theory, shouldn't schools teach the alternative as well?

Scienctific treatment of gravity is a lot more complicated than some of you give it credit for. We observe the law of gravitation all the time, but explaining it with theory is actually pretty complicated (Newton's equations were too simplistic, and we still don't know what causes gravity).
