Need an investerto help me buy business?

I have been giveng the chance to buy a restaurant,that is only opened 24hrs aweek with an recorded sales of approximately $350,000,00 in sales for 2009. this also comes with a running campground.offer to good to pass i have wrote a 4 pahase proposal,just dont know how to get an investor to take a look . i dont have alot of time i could use all advice or help i could get i got degrees in food and business
