What's the point of putting money in an IRA?

They exist because MOST People AREN'T "Well-disciplined" with Their Money- NOR are most Portfolios particularly Successful over LONG periods of Time! So if You at least have an IRA of SOME Kind- You have a reasonably Secure Plan to fall BACK On, -When it comes down to Retirement Age...
