Does anyone know of an instance of a dispute arising involving a party wall and a social care institution?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any instance whereby a dispute has arisen between neighbours because the adjoining owner was a social care provider (e.g. a childrens home, residential home, daycare centre, rehabilitation centre etc) and had concerns about privacy and safeguarding?
