US House votes to cut $2.1 billion from money for first-responders. tea party?

No one wants their program cut but you got to start somewhere. No matter where they started there would be someone mad. It's not like FEMA was doing a spectacular job any way. Hopefully now FEMA will cut some some of their middle management BS jobs and the people who know what they are doing can start making thing run correctly.
