Any atheist who is willing to admit that he/she ignores the evidence that creationists present?

We see things as they are not as someone or something tells us they are. Remember it takes certain conditions for the HIV Virus to live and maggots does that mean it was purposely done. If so what type of person/spirit would want to create such a thing.
