Are there any sites that allow people to invest "fake" money and help them manage it?

Essentially I'm a beginner investor and I would like to practice somewhere on a site which allows free transactions to take place and free recording of transactions. Ive heard these places exist but I don't really know where. >>Essentially to practice investing fake money.
