Can my bank alter the terms of my checking account? Obama's fault?

They can do whatever they want. This is no democracy anymore. NOt since Obama took office. I suggest yanking your money outta the bank and go to a credit union. Plus credit unions have WAY lower interest rates on loans and cash advances.
