How do I invest a windfall?

I am an amateur investor and usually I lose most of my capital, but I have fun and learn a lot. Recently, I awoke to find I made several millions of dollars in the equity market on penny stocks. Should I reinvest in some-what risky stocks, or put everything in large cap and triple A bonds?
