Is it natural for men to base self-esteem on number of sexual partners they've had?

Ok this is what I think guys just say that to be cool cause mature guys don't care about the quanity they care about the quailty you know like love and goodlooking and stuff like that but this here applys to both girls and guys when they sleep with a bunch of people its just like a issue they have like thy didn't feel loved by family or something and filled their love with sex .
