Name of a psychlogical effect?

does anyone know that name of the psychological effect whereby a participant in an experiment questionnaire respondent want to give the 'right answer' to please the researcher; trying to guess what the researcher wants them to say rather than just answering their opinion; the effect is largely subconscious I think. thanks
