Next Russia will be asked to return to the USSR borders circa 1980. Maybe Germany should be able to return to their 1941 borders. There is a reason that Israel has the land that it does, it was granted the lands in 1948. Israel added land over the years through negotiation and war. The Palestinians don't recognize Israel as a country and has continued to attack them. There is not going to be peace between these two nations ever. This request by Obama is a non starter.

That's how these things work. I'd go for a more reasonable deal unless he is buying like EVERYTHING. After a while you can attempt to buy his half of the business from him or you could go a different route by trying to get a couple of small investors that can invest an equal amount and slowly by them off so it's less money for each part of the business. Like if it were just you and that guy and he owned half of the business and it was valued at 100,000 dollars you'd have to offer him AT LEAST 50,000 dollars for it, but if it were to have like 3 investors still valued at 100,000 dollars, you'd own 25% of the business, only making 25% at first then eventually buying out the other pieces of rights to the business. And as you own more of the business you receive that much more profit.

While you can't cancel a TV licence before it expires you can transfer it to your new address when you move, so the previous tenants would have most likely done that, so then it stays in their name and just moves to a new address. But on the off chance that they haven't done that you should give the TV licence people a call anyway and check. They won't lie and say that you need to pay if there is already a licence registered to that address! So if there is one still there they will let you know when it expires. You could also just leave it and wait for them to contact you - they will always send you a letter either to say that your licence is about to run out or that your property doesn't have one registered there.

Getting back together for the kids- Military?

I have an incredible friend who is torn right now. He left his 12 year marriage 5 years ago to be with another woman. (Not me, I am just his friend) but they broke up last year. He stayed very close with his 3 daughters aged now 8-13, and friendly now with his ex wife. (they never divorced due to military benefits) the issue is now, he is seriously considering reconciling with his ex wife, living together as a family for the sake of the girls- but not 'together' (he said that part of the marriage is dead and buried.) I want him to seek therapy- as does he, but due to his very senior ranking in the military it is not possible for him to seek therapy without it potentially tarnishing his record. He is suffering with doubt and confusion as he adores his daughters, and is concerned that him not living with them will damage them in the future, as well as the fact they do not have a Dad in their day to day life. The Mum has not re partnered, and is obviously open to the idea of reconciling 'for the kids'. Obviously I do not know the nitty gritty, but he is really struggling, and I am hoping someone out there can help, as he needs it. Even another voice and opinion, as he has no one to discuss this with, and has little experience with divorce etc. I have plenty of opinions on the matter, growing up as a child of divorce, as well as being divorced and having a grown child. Again, I am not vested in this situation, from a romantic viewpoint, he is my friend, I just want him to be happy, and I do not think he can see straight regarding the matter, and my personal opinion is that he could do more damage going back, having the girls have him, seeing a loveless marriage and him possibly leaving again> Thoughts, much appreciated, from all viewpoints. Look, if everything you're saying is true, you've got some major issues. I realize you would like for there to be some quick-fix answer but it sounds like you've got some big things to deal with. The short answer is "quit worrying, they'll likely be fine". The long answer is you may need therapy, medication, a drastic change in diet, religion etc...there are plenty of people whose parents have dangerous occupations and/or are depressed but they are not obsessesed in the way that you are, so you need to figure out why YOU feel this way in order to stop. It's also possible that your fear could have nothing to do with fear (i.e. if you were ever raped, molested, beaten etc. excess fear could be your subconcious way of hiding from what the real issue is). Lastly, although I'm not religious I do believe in God, and I believe that when you pray hard amazing things can happen. Pray for happiness or contentness or a solution to your bad situation etc and REALLY BELIEVE that help can come your way and you may be amazed at the results you get. Whatever you end up doing, I wish you well and I hope you get to a better place.

There may be a mother's support group also that you could join which your daycare or school may be able to recommend. Should I give up on her?

I am inlove with my best friend. For the past year, I placed a lot of emotional investment on her. As a virgin in my early 40s, it is rare for me to find someone that I could find as a potential romantic prospect. When I do, something happens that never takes place in relation to romance. I didn't answer the phone back until yesterday to tell her about my day in relation to the doctor's visit and medical procedure. I was adviced by a close friend to just wait it out in relation to this guy she might be involved with since ____ is unemployed and does not have a car and 16 years younger than her. My feelings are hurt, but I was told that this guy is "emotional crack" and I am "emotional rehab." Just "wait it out" is the best thing to do at the moment. But since I am miserable with my emotional investment down the drain and dreading another couple of years of lonlieness to get my heart broken again, I am thinking about giving up on her and giving on romance altogether. If you purchase a builder owned model home condo , the builder will rent it back from you for 12-18 months. You have to get an investor loan and some sort of w9 form will be distributed for rental income. Can you write off the interest, property taxes, etc off for federal taxes just like a primary residence. Or do you have to have it via a LLC or personal investment income (ordinary income taxable)? Can you get any type of tax breaks on this- ie, depreciation, investment home expenses, etc. What happens if you move into the property afterwards- any forms to convert it back to owner occupied. I am 26 yrs old and have worked in the past for a firm whereby the boss was very demanding, argumentative, challenging, demeaning and very difficult to deal with, and demanding. He runs a high tech computer marketing firm in Detroit where I worked for one year. I was paid a draw (commission) for four months and over the course of that time period closed a few deals in a bad economy. He took the draw back, paid me my commissions, then sent me and email and certified letter advising me that after the draw was recovered further commissions for deals I had closed would cease, BUT I could remain as part of the company and get paid on new deals, but not exsisting closed deals of which he was still getting paid for from the clients. I moved to Texas and took a position in a similar field. I still own a home is Detroit, but it is rented out. I have not heard from him or his company is a few years, but two months ago my neighbors home in Detroit was vandelized. It was NOT my home, but a homes with the exact same address, on the same lane, but in a different town. I get their mail and the same goes for them on occasion. I thought nothing of it, but my old boss called me a week ago to say hi, and asked if I might be interested to doing some deals with his firm again. He said that even though we did not do as well as he and I had expected when we worked together, said he still considered me a friend, and wanted to do some deals, otherwise he said he would not have contacted me. He also said that if things did not go well in Texas knowing the market is bad, suggested that I close deals for him on the side, and end up back in Detroit working for him again. To make a long story short, I am a 42 year old virgin that has attempted time and time again to have a girlfriend. I would eventually like to marry. Everytime I start to "date" someone, it always end in failure for me. It took me a lifetime to figure things out. I'm not sure how many days ago it was that it started, either 2 or 3, but every time I try to use the bathroom, nothing comes out and my butt starts to burn. It would probably be beneficial for the two of you to talk with his oncologist and ask him/her for the best way for you and your Mother to keep up with his progress. Ask the doctor if the Hospice nurse can answer your questions or should you talk with him on a weekly basis? Everyone grieves at a different pace and in a different way. Hospice has some counseling and group meetings that are helpful. Hospice also has chaplains available to talk with. Use all the resources you can find.

But, I had a friend who had anxiety disorder, he took propranolol and it did help, but i also suggest yoga, and sports, don't worry about anything. If you want to start propranolol, start with 20mg. Hope it helps

I am a co-owner of a corporation in Michigan. The co-owner has place the funds of the initial investors in his other business bank account in which we have no interest in. The investors have not received any payment from sales nor have he paid any of the initial money back to the investors.. The company is in operation, however, the investors do not receive any revenue from the sales made. Kind of worried about euthanasia and being a vet tech?

I've done wildlife rehab for a long time so I'm used to euthanasia and death... if it's to end suffering, I can do it myself and I have before. However... Am I correct to distant myself from her?

I am inlove with my best friend. For the past year, I placed a lot of emotional investment on her. I went to the philippines and it only costs them $5 dollars a day for staff, they don't even pay their employees on time, there's no minimum wage, almost no social security, no dividend tax, and many more rules that make torts unheard of. Why don't the businesses swim in money? Why don't they hire many more workers so that the economy can boom? I mean there's a huge unemployment rate their that makes the US rate look pretty good, and there's a massive problem with attracting investors... but why not in this land of milk and honey?

Hunger has nothing to do with real estate investors. The investors sold for what the market was worth at that point... it was up to the buyers to insure that the home was solid and affordable for them. Having their homes foreclosed did not cause hunger... hunger was caused by lack of income, or expenses being too high in other areas. It is a shame that kids go hungry in America, but it happens every day. Some parents don't want to apply for food stamps, and some don't qualify income-wise... but other expenses are still too high to afford three meals daily. It is true that some people have children without thinking about the expense, but it's also true that many have come across poverty through job loss or injury that has left them unable to work -- it's not all about people who didn't think about the cost of children (as others imply at times).

I thought nothing of it, but my old boss called me a week ago to say hi, and asked if I might be interested to doing some deals with his firm again. He said that even though we did not do as well as he and I had expected when we worked together, said he still considered me a friend, and wanted to do some deals, otherwise he said he would not have contacted me. Why dog doesn't show good body language when meeting other dogs?

Rocky our Staffie (don't judge) is showing behaviour which is of concern to me. His meetings towards owners is wonderful; happy, bouncy and very Staffie-like, however towards dogs it isn't like this. There are never fights because I avoid any meet and greets towards strange dogs - I have a feeling it's because of the sex of the dog, his unfriendliness is usually towards other male dogs. His friends who he loves; female Lab-cross, male Labradoodle, and two other females he barely plays with. We occasionally see a group of dogs in the mornings; male Jack Russell, male Staffie-cross and a male Bull Terrier cross (they don't get along due to alpha male disputes in the pack, I assume). So it's hard to understand what the instigator is. Today, I noticed his uneasy body language, whereby from a distance we saw a King Charles Spaniel (I believe it's a male because of it's size), both stood in ''that'' stance that dogs stand in when they see another, and as we got closer the other dog turned away to avoid the meeting. Eye Turn Surgery is it safe?

Why does my boyfriend constantly put me down.... hes nice to his friends who do nothing for him .... whereby i do everything for him i always bought him nice things for christmas and birthdays and he knows i dont have much money but he doesnt mind taking the presents and demanding more... hes nice to start with when he has the presents but then i get treated bad again.. he tells me to go away alot but then if another guy hugs me to cheer me up he hates it and gets so jealous .... he wears the stuff i buy him but doesnt mind sneering at me when he wears it and not wanting to be around me.... but he always wants to be around guys who are never there for him when he needs someone but hes all smiles with them... hes always horrible to me ... and he knows he is cause he grins when he does so .... so why does he get pleasure from hurting me? after everything ive done for him can some people actually be this horrible?

Why is my eczema irritated by certain things?

I have always suffered from very severe eczema- I am 16 and have had eczema since I was a baby. I used to have it all the time, but lately, I only get very bad bouts of it it in the summer or when I am wearing fake jewellery. What is it about these two things that makes my eczema so bad?

Can you take a panic attack in your sleep?

I am 17 years old, and sometimes during the middle of the night i start screaming at the top of my lungs. I am still half asleep when im doing this as I only remember it vaguely in the morning. I also suffer from panic attacks, could the screaming in my sleep?

I am 26 yrs old and have worked in the past for a firm whereby the boss was very demanding, argumentative, challenging, demeaning and very difficult to deal with, and demanding. He runs a high tech computer marketing firm in Detroit where I worked for one year. I was paid a draw (commission) for four months and over the course of that time period closed a few deals in a bad economy. He took the draw back, paid me my commissions, then sent me and email and certified letter advising me that after the draw was recovered further commissions for deals I had closed would cease, BUT I could remain as part of the company and get paid on new deals, but not exsisting closed deals of which he was still getting paid for from the clients. I moved to Texas and took a position in a similar field. I still own a home is Detroit, but it is rented out. I have not heard from him or his company is a few years, but two months ago my neighbors home in Detroit was vandelized. It was NOT my home, but a homes with the exact same address, on the same lane, but in a different town. I get their mail and the same goes for them on occasion. I thought nothing of it, but my old boss called me a week ago to say hi, and asked if I might be interested to doing some deals with his firm again. He said that even though we did not do as well as he and I had expected when we worked together, said he still considered me a friend, and wanted to do some deals, otherwise he said he would not have contacted me. He also said that if things did not go well in Texas knowing the market is bad, suggested that I close deals for him on the side, and end up back in Detroit working for him again. He also asked if I would be in town ( Detroit ) any time soon so we may speak about the opportunity. I said, no, as I am too busy with work in Texas right now, but did suggest I would make some calls and see if we can drum up some business. He is a difficult guy to deal with, wants things only his way and is very short when speaking with people. I gives one word answers...Yes, no, ok, sure..etc when I need answers to extensive emails. I wrote lengthy emails to him in the past regarding business deals than required attention. He would get back with, yes or no.....very criptic. Are mixing consumer products with fund raising an ethical/legal way of raising money for charities?

My niece raised money so she could go on an adventure cycling holiday and asked for money half of which paid for her holiday the other half went to the charity. Effectively the donation to charity was highly diluted. There was strong pressure to subsidize the holiday as this was a charity donation. She had a good holiday and I guess the holiday was cheaper as the travel company being a charity does not need to be taxes. Looking at the charity's annual report it seems they can pay its executives well based on the holiday business while appearing to be a very efficient charity in terms of taking very little from the charity donations. Do you see this business model as sufficiently transparent and ethical, or are they exploiting a loophole in their charitable status. What is to stop them selling cars without tax whereby the part that they would have paid in tax goes to a charity?

Am I an Agnostic Deist or an Agnostic Atheist?

I'm not exactly sure if I believe that God exists. However I don't believe that he is an all-loving, all-knowing and an all-merciful God if he created hell and allow people to suffer AND for so many other reasons. And I definitely don't believe in the bible and his words written in it.

Family problems... that I have tried fixing, believe me, what do I do?

My mother is needy, lonely, and emotionally abusive. I think she has some sort of mental problem from getting emotionally abused most of her life (by her own mother) and from getting physically abused by two of her lovers. One of them was my father (they are divorced now and have been for about 8 years, but they were together for about 15 years) and the other one banged her head against a door jam and it may have done damage to her brain, the reason why he did this was because she told him that she thought he was cheating on her. It was quite obvious that he was though, because he dropped hints all the time and even I noticed it. The men that were physically abusive are long gone out of her life now though. The problem right now is, she is still talking to her emotionally abusive family. She almost has to because we are running out of money and she owes a lot to credit cards, and she's also trying to get her taxes done for my big sister's college tuition money so she can complete college and become a Biology teacher. The reason why she has to keep in touch with this abusive family is because her mother is dying from cancer, and she has put my mother on a trust. She is also giving most of the money to my mother's brothers, who are well on their feet and do not need the money like we do. My mother also can't get a job easily because she is older (54 years old) and we live in the country in the middle of nowhere and can't afford to drive far away to work. She is trying out this internet business thing, and she also just recently patented two inventions that may become very popular. The thing is, I will be going off to college in 2 years. I used to want to go to college in North Carolina or South Carolina. She wanted to come with me. But now I have made my final decision and want to go college in Masssachusetts. I have told her where I want to go and now she wants to follow me there too. But I don't want her to follow me, I want space. Because from getting abused most of her life, she is also abusive. And she also has a pretty bad Bipolar disorder, which she denies having and refuses to see a therapist or go on medication to help it. But she has been emotionally abusing me ever since my sister moved out to go to college. But when my sister was living here, it was her that she was emotionally abusing and buttering me up. But now it's the opposite. She favors my sister and acts like she misses her so much and acts like I'm a piece of ****. She has called me a ***** much more than I can count. I have done nothing wrong to her, and neither one of me or my sister deserves this. But she wants to live with both of us, and neither of us want that. Another thing is, she has said that she feels crazy. She says a lot of times she doesn't want to do anything at all, and sometimes she says she feels like killing people (literally). Sometimes she says she wants to be put in a mental home. What do I do? She refuses to go see a therapist/take medication. I think she has a mild case of scizophrenia. Because she sometimes thinks that me and my sister are trying to make her go homeless or "fail" when the only thing we are trying to do is get away from her. She says that she thinks we want to see her suffer. Please help!

The man I am exclusive with talked a woman for hours at a bar, but was honest-should I be concerned?

I was supposed to get a phone call the evening that my boyfriend decided to go out on his own. He ended up at a bar (he is generally very friendly and talks to everyone) whereby he sat and talked with a woman for a few hours. At first he emailed me to let me know he was out and that he met "someone" very interesting. He attempted to negate gender from the email. Once I spoke to him, however, he mentioned that 'she' was x,y,z and talked about different things. I communicated that I wasn't thrilled about this, being that he was supposed to give me a call and neglected to do so, instead drinking/chatting with someone for hours. He then told me I had no reason to be jealous, and that he'd never cheat on me and would always be honest with me, just as he was then. I trust him, however I do have some concern- While this situation didn't lend itself to cheating, who knows what else could come down the line? This woman was apparently much older than he (in her 40's) and that even though she gave him her number, "I should not be jealous" as it was a friendly thing. He also mentioned that he gets numbers once in a while from girls when he is out with his friends, but throws them away. Am I nuts, or wouldn't this entail talking to these girls for a while before they produce a phone number? Sighhhh. I do believe I am dealing with someone who is a bit immature, right? Boyfriend is mad at me, not sure how to deal with it?

Yesterday, I kinda cut myself. I've been trying really hard to quit but last night he made me really upset (even longer story) and so I scratched some words into my skin with an embroidery needle. I didn't break the skin, it didn't bleed, and it was gone by the time I went to bed. I told him, but he was really tired. I mentioned it again today, but he forgot I told him. (I thought it was weird he wasn't saying anything about it...) He got really upset about it, calling me a liar, he wouldn't believe a word I told him... I called him later and he said he was really upset with me and he didn't want to talk. To my relief he told me he loved me when we got off the phone, but I'm still scared... Also, the whole ordeal has made me feel REALLY suicidal (I do suffer from depression, no medication) and I'm not sure if I can stand being away from him any longer but he turned his phone off and I'm currently not allowed to leave the house. Any advice? Thanks in advance.

IS 5% a little low for being the creator of a business idea?

So for the past year I have been doing international trade online. The trade has been going good. I am 21 years old. Anyways long story short, I came up with a business idea that my friend really liked. He went overseas and told his Investors about the plan and they told to prepare a business plan package. Anyways the plan is to privately fund our startup with $3-million dollars. I am 21 and have no significant amount of money, I am not investing any money just my idea, but I think my idea is worth more than 5%. At this time I can't just go and do the idea myself because my friend will just do it. Should I just do it and swallow my pride and then one day have money to start up something else and get a bigger piece of Another pie? Please advise. Thanks.

I've looked at these and others before. The most likely explanation is that Judaic theology transformed over time. In earlier stages, God was the source of everything, both good and evil. As time passed and the ancient Israelites mingled with other cultures, other ideas began to take root in their theology, including the idea of a dark power that was the source of evil, and was not God himself. Another change that happened was the transition from a belief in many gods to only one. A Hebrew word for "God" used in early passages was "elohim," which is plural (gods). This was not a revelation of "the trinity" as some might like to think. Apparently, there actually was a belief in many gods among the early Semites. So, roughly speaking, the transition was from belief in many gods, to one god being the source of both good and evil, to a god being the source of good and his adversary being the source of evil.

I see no mention of any other religion here. John is writing to the churches around Ephesus, a letter to be circulated among them. Biblical individuals went through 40 days suffering before glory: Christ, Moses, Elijah, etc. These were days of fasting and suffering. Noah suffered the storm 40 days and 40 nights. We know that there also existed an elect generation which were to enter the Promised Land. Not all who left Egypt entered, and most of their bodies were buried in the wilderness, but the elect generation suffered unto refinement and entered therein. Consider a larger ripple: the elect nation suffered under servitude to Egypt for 400 years before being set free, rather than the raw elements of the world. Consider this pattern with the fact that the Hebrews were to keep the lambs of Pesach in their houses with them for 4 days 11-14 before the Passover and being set free from Egypt. Therefore, if the lambs begin this pattern, what comes next? 4 days; 40 days; 40 years; 400 years....What is the next number for setting servants free from suffering for the elect of all the world? And do you now understand when the last Lamb was killed for our Exodus from slavery?

What are the thinking and behaviours of people who are suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder like?

from personal experience there is not much thinking going on really, its like being possessed, by something you have no control over.... its an anxiety related problem.
